And scarcely 1500 meters of altitude. This morning at 5 o'clock I was awakened by thunder, quickly ran across the campsite to the toilet to let water on the way back still took the laundry, back to the tent and then it began to pour. Continuously until shortly after eight o'clock. At nine o'clock I was ready to go, tent wet packed, no matter, then still in the village for breakfast, at 10 o'clock I was finally on the road, again towards Feldberg. The driveway from Schluchsee I had worse in memory, actually goes quite gently up, stood a short time later at the top of the pass at 1200 meters. And then the fun began, I wanted the driveway from yesterday back down, take video. To do this, I had to get to the starting point. Have the Navi endeavored, which said right of the lift up and then halfway up from the summit right halfway up along above the field lake. Romantic panorama I had in my head. Reality? That went it first really snappy up on the way I asked a group of hikers as the further way is. The laughed, remains so steep, with stairs. Stubborn that I am, further. Okay what came was my limit. Up to the stairs I could still drive, push at the edge of the stairs, not possible. So the 38 kg (bike + luggage) to the hand and climb stairs. The path at half altitude turned out to be a root path, even on the signs said "difficult" in parentheses under the destination. I asked to be on the safe side still a hiker, who also advised me against the path. So what to do? Back down and up the other side or still the 600 meters to the summit. I decided to go through and what can I say? Shit I am fit. The 600 meters I pushed the bike up (actually) and pretty fast. How was the way? It took my shoes off a few times in the process. When I was at the top, a few hikers looked at me in amazement, I winked at them and said that everything else is getting too boring for me. The only one who laughed was myself. Holy shit, I knew I was fit, but not how fit I really was. No panic attack either, nothing. So onward, the usual way down, once around the Feldberg summit and over the huts to the starting point of the descent. The way there was also nothing for tenderhearted and then, after lunch, I let it roll, until Freiburg. Through the city and on to here. Freiburg, oh I would have liked to study here, or in Heidelberg. Well, underclass, shut your mouth and dream on. Who knows, maybe I'll get a job here. Now I sit in front of the tent listening to Taylor Swift and think about this and that. Tomorrow still ne flat stage then I'm actually already in local transport range. Should I be... then a few days appointments (2 orders came in, a wedding, award ceremony, doctor's appointments and things related ro my new job) then I should actually have time again, in rhis sense
