Day 56 Valencia- Calp 125 km

Rain was announced, so I also dressed. Wet I got, until shortly before closing time, however, it was almost only sweat, then came the rain. The first kilometers hurt, until the first 40 km are down it hurts meanwhile simply, then I am warm. The weight training yesterday was of course not helpful in this regard, but it did me good. When I was out of Valencia I had first bike paths on the beach in front of me. Very nice! Now and then there were passages where I felt like I was 55 days back in time. That looked like in Italy. On the left the promenade and the beach, on the right the high-rise hotels and stores. The weather was very similar to early March. I made good progress today, perhaps due to the slight tailwind, so that I drove a few kilometers further instead of heading for my actual destination. There was also a slope in between. Since I was looking forward to it incredibly, unfortunately, it was very flat, 200 meters of altitude on 20 kilometers, I do not even downshift. It started raining during the "climb", so it was worth putting on the Gorecondom in the morning and driving around with it all day. On the descent it poured then properly, of course. The descent were after 3 km fortunately to end. The hill I would have liked to drive the other way around. Calp I like quite well, would have liked to see that in better weather, but can not do anything. Tomorrow it should rain all day, I'm looking forward to it, there is no bad weather. Slowly I have to hurry a bit to keep the date with my wife. If I want to drive along the coast I should do every day at least 100 km and little break, of course I can shorten over the inland, but I'll keep that for me should it be scarce. So more has not happened today, so in this sense good night and Putin you will lose, even their ally China hides behind his stupid zero-covid policy.
