Day 7 Innsbruck 20 km

So today I saw the inside of a chemistry institute again, listened to an interesting scientific lecture (in the last working group there was only one external lecture in 4 years and I invited him, hello willi) and talked about what I love. Chemistry! Real chemistry, different elements, new properties, interesting questions. Many thanks for the invitation Stephan, almost longingly I left at lunchtime and continued to look around Innsbruck. Very beautiful city, I especially like this Tyrolean way, very open, cheeky but friendly. After the stroll I was invited to a barbecue at Stephan's, my highlight of today (sporty) was of course the "climb" to the top. 500 altitude difference on a few kilometres (10), I had fun and was of course relatively slow because of all the photographing, approx. 1h. Of course I didn't go full throttle, I didn't want to arrive too sweaty and I had a bouquet of flowers for the lady of the house in my backpack (as always). I liked it very much, the climbing too. The evening meal, a barbecue with panoramic views, was also good. My God, mountains are great! Actually, I've already been up to the Brenner, because of the difference in altitude and I've already been there this year. Maybe again later in the year. So I'm tired and tomorrow will be tough with the climbing and the luggage, so good night. P.S. I don't know why the blog from the day before yesterday still has a high traffic....
