There is not much to write. Got up in the morning, wistfully the last time the tent properly clean packed and checked out in the campsite. Somehow my blood pressure has made itself felt and I had to sit down then times, dizzy. Also no wonder after the exertions of the last few days. So briefly waited banana eaten and espresso, again on `s toilet and go. The first 10 km were beautiful weather as I am along the Mosel, very nice there, unfortunately could not really enjoy it, still a bit worried about my dizziness. Then it went up, in the Hundsrück, first leisurely, then steeper, steeper and steeper, the app showed what of 20%, believe it but not quite. But was already rough, the almost 500 meters in altitude. Arrived at the top sweaty and still a bit wobbly on the legs, then whistled first an ice-cold wind around my ears. Great, I had to put on first other clothes, at 12 degrees in the sun. So over the Hundsrück over (Beautiful bike path the Hundsrückbahn) and then down to the Rhine to Oberwesel. The decent was tough. Below then arrived in one piece and continued south. Soon also again a little lighter dressed. Sundays on the bike paths along the rivers is of course a lot going on. The bike path on the right is now not the widest to Bingen, so again and again stop and go, all the coffee drivers with their E-bikes which are designed partly but rather for the Alpine terrain. On the flat I leave the meanwhile quite loose stand, always stupid faces collect and stupid sayings handing out if you bell them away from the middle of the narrow lane. At Mainz it was then somehow too much for me and I looked for an alternative route to Frankfurt, not along the Main, in the hope that this was less busy. And lo and behold I found it. Rode through a beautiful area west of Frankfurt, Weilbacher gravel pits, beautiful there, I must look at it again sometime. Barely in Frankfurt I could then let it roll comfortably home, went also no more. Done as I was. 1300 km in 7 days, 180 km a day and the last 5 days also always nice with height. Has now already been worth it, the new bike. Think there are also 10 - 20% more in it, speed, range, as soon as I have optimized luggage and completely converted. Yesterday evening, just for fun, I rode shortly my old, Oh dear completely different driving experience. Hardly at home, pizza ordered, with wife talked and already again the next week prepared, as well as it goes, appointments about appointments. Super! Welcome home. Now I'm sitting here and sure the photos and sort the videos as well as possible in addition to the preparation before the next appointment, hope at least from the videos I can put a few online during the week..... now or probably never! In this sense....... Have a great week!
